What… is a blood moon?
Where…‘s my refund?
Why… is the moon red?
The moon turned blood red on April 15, 2014 during a total lunar eclipse visible from most of North America, South America, Hawaii and parts of Alaska. It was the first of four consecutive total eclipses in a series, known as a tetrad (the remaining three eclipses will take place on October 8, 2014, April 4, 2015, and September 28, 2015). The eclipses have been taken by some as a sign of the end times, supposedly predicted in the bible.
